We have received an unprecedented amount of interest since we shifted our focus to private events. The availability is changing quickly. Please work with us directly to confirm date availability. Schedule a call with us and we will be happy to check the latest availability for you.

We require a non-refundable deposit equal to the rental fee amount (if less than a $1,000) or a deposit of $1,000 to reserve the date and time, with the rest of the venue rental fee paid in two installments. The timing of these installments depends on proximity of your event date.

There is no guest count minimum.
Yes, there is a bar minimum which varies based on the type of space you are renting, the day of the week and the time of the day of your event. The bar minimums are based on reasonable estimates of 1-3 drinks per person and help ensure our bartender team serving you on the day are tipped well.

If you are booking catering with us, there are minimum requirements (10-20 people minimum) for some of the platters and dishes.

Yes. We want your food and beverage options to be as elegant and versatile as you would like. We have several catering partners we recommend but we do not limit your choices to our list of caterers.
We do require a proof of liability insurance from external caterers, as well as caterer staff to be there during the event to provide food service and clean the site, taking the food trash off the premises (the event agreement we sign with you captures these conditions). We also allow food trucks to cater as long as they follow the above guidelines. $150 fee applies for the use of external catering.

No. If you are serving alcohol at your event, we must be the vendor due to the non-negotiable alcohol license requirements tied to our alcohol permits.

Yes. You are welcome to bring cake and dessert. We will be happy to store it for you in the fridge until dessert time. We charge a cake cutting fee ($1.50 per guest) if you would like us to cut the cake - needs to be pre-agreed in advance.
Please note that we do not provide plates and utensils for cake or dessert brought from a 3rd party. Please plan accordingly and make respective arrangements in advance.

Yes, you are welcome to bring decorations, except for open flame candles (candles are allowed only in glass votives). Nothing can be attached to the vinyl sides / windows of the Tea House, any materials that are hard to clean like glitter and confetti are not allowed inside the venue.
You can access the site 30min before your event start time to set decorations and prepare as needed - we want to make sure your event looks and feels just as you dreamed it to be! Should you need more time to decorate - let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Our parking lot and overflow parking fits 100 cars, the parking lot surface is gravel and the lot is well-lit

We do not provide linens.
We do provide compostable cups for drinks and, should you book catering through us, we provide compostable plates, napkins and cutlery. We can upgrade your catering package to include glass, ceramic plates, cloth napkins, chargers etc. Detailed quote can be provided upon request.
If you order food service with an external caterer, please work with them to ensure you have plates, napkins and silverware included in your package. Most caterers will help you rent or would have a simple set of plates and utensils included in the catering fees.

Yes! We are dog friendly, with some specific stipulations. Animals, other than service animals, are NOT allowed inside buildings and near food. Dogs must be on a leash and someone must be responsible for them at all times during the event.
