Raise a glass to love, warmth, and winter’s lingering glow at Honeysuckle’s Valentine’s Mead Tasting, an intimate February evening celebrating ancient craft, seasonal flavor, and heartfelt connection on the farm.
Set amid the rustic charm and candlelit ambiance of Honeysuckle Farm, this cozy gathering invites you to slow down and savor five handcrafted meads produced by our local partner, Starrlight Mead - often called honeymoon wine for its centuries-old association with love, marriage, and celebration. Each pour is an exploration of honey, fermentation, herbs, and fruit, thoughtfully paired with hearty winter appetizers designed to encourage sharing, savoring, and lingering at the table.
Guiding the evening will be our guest mead expert, who will share the stories behind each bottle - the bees, the botanicals, the fermenters, and the age-old traditions that have made mead one of the world’s most romantic and enduring artisanal beverages. You’ll leave with new favorites to enjoy at Valentine’s dinners, anniversaries, or future celebrations of your own.
Our seasonal grazing table, refreshed throughout the evening, will feature artisan cheeses, charcuterie, roasted winter vegetables, fruits, and rustic breads - the perfect complement as new pours are introduced and conversations unfold.

This is an adults-only experience. All attendees must be 21+ to participate in mead tastings.
The event will take place rain or shine in our heated tea room, ensuring a comfortable evening while allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of the farm in any weather.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend.
Our grazing table will feature hearty, heavy appetizers designed to complement the meads, but it is not a full seated meal. While we cannot accommodate specific dietary restrictions, vegetarian and gluten-free items will be clearly marked.
Honeysuckle Farm is ADA-accessible, with parking and pathways for all guests.
